it doesn’t really matter, but the [name_f]Disney[/name_f] character’s name is actually pronounced RYE-uh, at least in the [name_f]English[/name_f] version of the movie 
ive known 2 girls with this name, and each pronounced it a different way — oddly (to me), the one born before the movie came out pronounces it RYE-uh and the one named after pronounces it RAY-uh. the former was a friend of mine in high school. I don’t think anyone ever pronounced her name correctly on the first try but I wonder if the movie helps now
I slightly prefer the RYE-uh pronunciation, it just has a little more punch to me.
