[name]Isaac[/name] [name]John[/name]!
Heh, [name]Isaac[/name] [name]John[/name] is my cousin’s name! I love it!
I voted for [name]Simon[/name] [name]John[/name]. I like it best with [name]James[/name], [name]Noah[/name], and [name]Lucy[/name], and on its own. I have to say I’m sad to see [name]Seth[/name] and [name]Caleb[/name] go, though! :*(
I voted for [name]Simon[/name] [name]John[/name], because I love it and it sounds great with your sibset! If I had a second vote I would go with [name]Henry[/name] [name]John[/name]
Best Wishes
[name]Simon[/name] [name]John[/name], although [name]Isaac[/name] [name]John[/name] is a close second.
For flow with the middle and surname and the siblings, I vote:
[name]Henry[/name]
[name]Isaac[/name]
[name]Simon[/name]
[name]Peter[/name]
[name]Oliver[/name]
Great names! [name]Simon[/name] is my son and [name]Oliver[/name] will be my second if he is a son! I think, though, that [name]Oliver[/name] doesn’t flow as well with the middle and surname.
I voted for [name]Isaac[/name] [name]John[/name]. They’re all nice names, but [name]Isaac[/name] is one I’d love to hear more often. [name]Isaac[/name] [name]Anderson[/name] would be so handsome. Good luck!
What happened to [name]Peter[/name]??? It was the second favored name alongside [name]James[/name], [name]Noah[/name], and [name]Lucy[/name] in previous post. Yet, as stand alone, it has a sad vote count of zero assuming it must not flow well with mn and ln, since it kind of fell off the map. But still do like name, so not sure I’m ready to discard it despite being the odd man out Sounds like [name]Isaac[/name], Oliver, and [name]Simon[/name] are favored, followed by [name]Henry[/name]. Does anyone think [name]Simon[/name] gets immediately associated to that American Idol/X [name]Factor[/name] judge? Or else simple Simon, Simon says, or the chipmunks, i.e. Do these types of associations move Simon away from a classic feel for a name??? Just curious…

I like [name]Isaac[/name] [name]John[/name] and [name]Simon[/name] [name]John[/name] best. (based on flow with last name, and fit with siblings’ names)
great names!
I went with [name]OLIVER[/name] [name]JOHN[/name] - a winner! the combination of the three syllables to one back to three is gorgeous. Good luck!
I love [name]Isaac[/name] and [name]Peter[/name], and it was a close call between the two, but my choice is [name]Isaac[/name]. I think [name]Isaac[/name] [name]Anderson[/name] flows better than [name]Peter[/name] [name]Anderson[/name], and it fits in perfectly with your other kids’ names.
Talked things through with my husband again. My top 3 from this list are [name]Isaac[/name], [name]Oliver[/name], and [name]Simon[/name]. His top 3 are [name]Isaac[/name], [name]Oliver[/name], and [name]Henry[/name]. He really can’t see [name]Simon[/name] working for him, and probably going to leave [name]Peter[/name] behind at this point. However, one of our BIGGEST problems is we have somewhat different naming styles and he always tries to resurface names that I may be less fond of. For our second child, [name]Noah[/name], he really wanted [name]Ethan[/name], but we ended up with [name]Noah[/name]. For [name]Lucy[/name], he really wanted [name]Audrey[/name], and then we ended up with [name]Lucy[/name]. We did both agree on [name]James[/name] surprisingly! So perhaps I’m a bit more stubborn, because I feel like he adapts more often to my list versus me to his. And maybe I should listen to him more???
This time around, he’s not against his top 3 from my list above, but if it were completely up to him, his top names would be [name]Ethan[/name] and [name]Liam[/name]. So, what should I do? Should I bring these names into the mix? Problem is they kind of feel like a different style than the 3 kids we have (perhaps they would have fit well with [name]Audrey[/name] if he won out on that one ). Or, should we hold on to [name]Isaac[/name], [name]Oliver[/name], or [name]Henry[/name]? (I love [name]Simon[/name], but would be willing to compromise here and take it off list, since this name is not on his radar…)
I think, since you both like [name]Isaac[/name] or [name]Oliver[/name], you should choose one of those two. I think both are fabulous. Since you have chosen Bible names for your boys, I would lean toward [name]Isaac[/name]. However, [name]Oliver[/name] is fabulous and still fits well. [name]Ethan[/name] and [name]Liam[/name] feel overdone to me…nice names for sure…but I hear them all.the.time!
Thanks melmullins, appreciate the input. Not sure why, but think my husband prefers the overdone names He tends to look at the top 15 names and that’s his perfect list. So always a stretch to get him beyond the top 30! Am glad he’s kind of warming up to [name]Henry[/name], too, though. Been a name I’ve thrown around since the beginning and possibly still a contender - along with [name]Isaac[/name] and [name]Oliver[/name].
I really like [name]Oliver[/name] and [name]Henry[/name]. [name]Both[/name] are a perfect match with your other names. I have never liked [name]Isaac[/name] very much. Good luck!
