It’s not everyone’s thing, but really enjoy it - especially topped with a generous serve of cheese and drizzled in tomato sauce! 🤤 I really enjoyed this recipe because it had good flavours. Some versions can be a bit bland. [name\_m]You[/name\_m] could always make a non-keto version with potato, for the “real” experience.

I’m so curious about this… it sounds so odd! 😂 I guess it would be similar to putting sour cream in a cake… 🤔

Okay, team, I am in the process of getting our big freezer fixed, so I can start some meal prep for post-partum. **Hit me with your favourite slow cooker meals that I can prep as dump bags!**

@_thelittlefairywren This dhal with butternut squash is one of my favourite dinners and the recipe contains slow cooker instructions! If you want some animal protein I recommend topping with paneer or halloumi.

This vegetarian ragu is great for spaghetti or a pasta bake. I add a teaspoon of marmite for flavour, idk if you can get that where you are though!

Yeah it replaces the egg and fat in the recipe and it’s really moist and flavorful! I was weirded out when I first saw it too 😅

@Mary_Rose Thank you! 💜 I haven’t made dahl for ages, but it’s so yummy!
