I don’t think you can go wrong with any of these choices, but I voted for [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]. I like the others, but they’re a little bit more common than [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] and I just think it would be so cool to meet a baby [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]. There are also variations that would work well as a middle: [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Clarissa[/name_f].

  1. [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
  2. [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
  3. [name_f]Julia[/name_f]
  4. [name_f]Eve[/name_f] - I really do love [name_f]Eve[/name_f], but I remember over-popularity being a concern for you, and although [name_f]Eve[/name_f] isn’t terribly common, it runs the risk of getting lost in a sea of girls named [name_f]Eva[/name_f], [name_f]Ava[/name_f], [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], [name_f]Evie[/name_f], [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], etc., so that would be my only reservation.

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f]
[name_f]Julia[/name_f]

It’s really hard to beat the beautiful [name_f]Julia[/name_f]. [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] would be my second pick.

1 [name_f]Claire[/name_f] - there is a beauty in simplicity
2 [name_f]Julia[/name_f] - pretty and classic
3 [name_f]Eve[/name_f] - a no-frills Biblical gem
4 [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] - I prefer it as a nn

I voted for [name_f]Eve[/name_f], but I love [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] too!!

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f] would be lovely

All lovely names… have to say I hear lots of dogs named [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] though - just fyi! I did hear a mom calling her daughters - [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] - in the store the other day and really liked the flower theme though.

Here’s my order of preference:

  1. [name_f]Julia[/name_f] (perfect classic, good for baby, little girl, teenager, middle age and up)
  2. [name_f]Eve[/name_f] (very biblical so hope that doesn’t bother you, I like it but I like either very short or very long names, that’s just me…)
  3. [name_f]Claire[/name_f] (like this although my husband suggested [name_f]Claire[/name_f] for our daughter and all I could think of was the Breakfast Club line “[name_f]Claire[/name_f] is a fat girl’s name.” Although I definitely don’t agree, it’s a beautiful name.)
  4. [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]

[name_f]Claire[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] get my vote!

I voted for [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]. It has everything [name_f]Claire[/name_f] has - short, spunky, great sound and nice meaning - but without the rampant popularity that will make her one of the 3 or 4 Claires in her school!

[name_f]Eve[/name_f] is rising rapidly in popularity, and will get lost amid all the Evas, Evangelines, and Evelyns. More than that, it doesn’t seem to fit with the lightness of the other names on your list. Although it’s the shortest, it’s the heaviest in sound and meaning.

[name_f]Julia[/name_f] is the safest name on your list. I never recommend the safe name!

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] all the way!
