We are looking for a name for our baby girl that feels unique, yet isn’t overly uncommon. We also want it to feel cool and contemporary as well as sound appropriate for both childhood and adulthood.
Which name do you think would be the best fit? (First and middle names)
I think [name]Carolina[/name] [name]Belle[/name] is the best combo! But I also like [name]Elle[/name], but I don’t think [name]Kinley[/name] would age very well. So a third vote for [name]Carolina[/name] [name]Belle[/name]!
[name]Even[/name] though [name]Carolina[/name] [name]Belle[/name] sounds more like a description of a Southern lady, I still think it’s the best name in the bunch and would would age the best of the choices.
[name]Reese[/name] [name]Harper[/name] - boy or girl? Who would know?
[name]Elle[/name] [name]Kinley[/name] - Too cutesy but it would be my distant second choice.
[name]Kinley[/name] [name]Belle[/name] - really trendy and cutesy
I agree with the others that [name]Carolina[/name] [name]Belle[/name] is the best of the bunch. [name]Even[/name] if it is a bit like calling her [name]Georgia[/name] [name]Peach[/name].
[name]Elle[/name] [name]Harper[/name] would be nice too though, and less frilly southern.
[name]Love[/name] [name]Carolina[/name] [name]Belle[/name]! I think [name]Carolina[/name] [name]Harper[/name] would be lovely, as well. Or even [name]Carolina[/name] [name]Elle[/name]/[name]Elle[/name] [name]Carolina[/name]. I especially love [name]Elle[/name] [name]Carolina[/name]!
[name]Carolina[/name] [name]Belle[/name] is my favorite from your list. I prefer [name]Carolina[/name] [name]Reese[/name] though, to avoid over-southernness. I also really like [name]Elle[/name] [name]Harper[/name]!
[name]Carolina[/name] [name]Belle[/name] is wayyyy too cutesy for my taste. Sorry. As a previous poster said, it’s like naming her [name]Georgia[/name] [name]Peach[/name].
I like [name]Reese[/name] [name]Harper[/name], but I think [name]Elle[/name] [name]Harper[/name] is perfect. Either of these two would be my favorite.
I adore [name]Elle[/name] [name]Carolina[/name] though I’m bias as my daughter’s name is [name]Elle[/name]. We get so many nice comments on its simplicity and femininity. [name]Carolina[/name] evens out the short [name]Elle[/name]. Great choice!
I know this wasn’t one of your original combos, but I think [name]Elle[/name] [name]Harper[/name] sounds like exactly what you described. Not too popular, but not too common, and contemporary but definitely wearable for both a child and an adult.
I love [name]Reese[/name] [name]Harper[/name] its spunky and makes me think of a precocious little girl with a lot of personality who is completely adorable. I think the [name]Reese[/name] phonic spelling is pretty firmly in the girl camp thanks to [name]Reese[/name] Witherspoon so I wouldn’t worry about the double unisex :).
