Our surname is 3 syllables but kinda a mouthful. Its a Norwegian name starting with [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] and ending rhyming with [name_m]Kirk[/name_m].
[name_m]Marshall[/name_m] Emilian - a nice balance of sweet and handsome
[name_m]Tavian[/name_m] Russell - so rugged and lovely
[name_u]Easton[/name_u] Vance -strong and fresh
[name_u]Adler[/name_u] Morrison - interesting and sweet
[name_m]Omarion[/name_m] George -I’ve never heard of [name_m]Omarion[/name_m]. It’s really interesting and [name_u]George[/name_u] brings balance
[name_u]Lionel[/name_u] Dax - a nice mix of modern and classic
Marshall [name_m]Emilian[/name_m] is great. I especially love [name_m]Emilian[/name_m] (or Amelian) — so strong, sophisticated and underused. And [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] goes brilliantly with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u].
I also love [name_m]Tavian[/name_m] [name_m]Russell[/name_m], [name_u]Adler[/name_u] [name_m]Morrison[/name_m] and [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] [name_m]Dax[/name_m]. All have just the right balance of classic and cool, and feel unexpected but not at all crazy. [name_u]Adler[/name_u] is particularly handsome!

Here are my thoughts on the boys:
Marshall [name_m]Emilian[/name_m]-I wouldn’t say that [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] is one of my personal favorites, but I think that it’s nice, solid & unexpected. Really nice match w/Elliott. [name_m]Emilian[/name_m] kind of just sounds like alien to me.
Tavian [name_m]Russell[/name_m]-I’m not hating it. It’s certainly different. Kind of bold & exotic, but then has the cute approachable nn of [name_u]Tavi[/name_u].
Easton [name_m]Vance[/name_m]-Meh, [name_u]Easton[/name_u] doesn’t do much for me. It just seems a little trendy.
Adler [name_m]Morrison[/name_m]-I don’t know why, but I don’t love this. I like [name_u]Asher[/name_u], [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] & [name_u]Archer[/name_u]. There’s nothing wrong w/it though.
Omarion [name_u]George[/name_u]-This seems a little too much. [name_m]Just[/name_m] [name_m]Omar[/name_m] [name_u]George[/name_u] would be cute. Or [name_u]Orion[/name_u] maybe?
Lionel [name_m]Dax[/name_m]-[name_u]Lionel[/name_u] is geeky & charming. I like it w/Elliott. [name_m]Dax[/name_m] is kind of just okay. I think I’d like something more like [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] [name_u]Dexter[/name_u] a lot.

Haha [name_m]Emilian[/name_m] does kinda sound like alien a bit but in the middle spot that doesn’t bother me. Its an honor name for my grandma so it has personal meaning.
Easton is a little trendy but I have still been obsessed with it lately for some reason. I avoided it because a friend used it but I came to realize she’s not a friend I ever see - more of an old acquaintance from high school so why not add it to my list if I really like it so much! Im still toying with middle name ideas but I like [name_m]Vance[/name_m] because I think to balance out the trendiness I want something with vintage charm.
I like [name_u]Asher[/name_u] as a middle name but not as a first. I did like [name_u]Archer[/name_u] for awhile but it seems really trendy to me suddenly. I have never been able to like [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] - I find it hard to pronounce with a harsh sound. [name_u]Adler[/name_u] for some reason has really hit a sweet spot and stuck! Its different.
Omarion is one my husband would never go for anyway! I almost didn’t even bring it onto this list because I know its going to get vetoed so hard but there’s something really fresh and handsome and almost regal about it that I love but unfortunately I just know he won’t go for it so it kinda doesn’t matter anyway. But if I had ever had triplet boys I feel like [name_u]Easton[/name_u], [name_u]Adler[/name_u] and [name_m]Omarion[/name_m] would be super cool.
I also love [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] but I think my husband vetoed [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] when I had it on my list. He definitely doesn’t like [name_m]Dax[/name_m] either. He’s just no fun. But I feel like I could maybe convince him on this combo if I tried. I feel like there’s a chance maybe. But with [name_m]Omarion[/name_m] there’s no way 
I have been obsessed with [name_m]Tavian[/name_m] for awhile and I dont really like [name_m]Russell[/name_m] but I feel as a combo this really works! Its an option if we want to keep the trend of having all middle names in the family beginning with R. Mine is [name_f]Renee[/name_f], husband’s is [name_m]Robert[/name_m] and in like two weeks we will have [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_u]Reese[/name_u] so I thought it was a cool option there!
