[name_f]Rita[/name_f] was my Grandmother and I always wanted to use her name as a middle name if ever I were to have a daughter but I know it looks and sounds a bit funny with [name_u]Remi[/name_u]
[name_f]My[/name_f] husband adores the name [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] but I wasn’t keen on it for a first name but I love it paired with [name_u]Remi[/name_u]
[name_f]Katya[/name_f] has ties to hubby’s Russian heritage and it was also his Dad’s favourite girls name and he was tragically killed 2 years ago.
Remi [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] is lovely!
[name_u]Remi[/name_u] [name_f]Rita[/name_f] does sound and look bit funny, I agree, sorry. [name_u]Remi[/name_u] [name_f]Katya[/name_f] is nice, but I much prefer [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]
I was going to vote for [name_u]Remi[/name_u] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] until reading the importance behind [name_f]Katya[/name_f]. [name_u]Remi[/name_u] [name_f]Katya[/name_f] gets my vote.
Remi [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]. [name_f]My[/name_f] second choice would be [name_f]Katya[/name_f], but I’d be inclined to spell the first name [name_u]Remy[/name_u] in that case ([name_u]Remy[/name_u] is generally my preferred spelling on the whole but I do think [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] looks nice with [name_u]Remi[/name_u].)
