Hey guys! I’ve always liked the name [name_u]Remy[/name_u], but I’m not sure if I like it more for a boy or a girl. When you hear the name, which do you think of first?
Also, if you think of [name_u]Remy[/name_u] as a boy’s name, do you think of [name_u]Remi[/name_u] as more of a girl’s name?
I have always connected the name [name_u]Remy[/name_u] to boys. But now since hearing of [name_u]Remi[/name_u] [name_u]Ashten[/name_u] from youtube, I feel that the spelling plays a huge part in how its perceived. [name_u]Remy[/name_u], I feel suits a boy better as [name_u]Remi[/name_u] is more feminine to me. But overall I feel that name may work better for a boy, in my personal opinion!
Remy is solidly unisex to me. I will be using it for a boy in the future (can’t use it for a girl).
But if I heard it said out loud I’d have to wait to see if a boy or girl answers.
I would assume [name_u]Remy[/name_u] is boy and [name_u]Remi[/name_u] is girl, but I honestly don’t like either spelling on a girl or a boy. It gives me hardcore Ratatouille vibes. I looove [name_u]Romy[/name_u] for a girl though!
