I prefer keeping things historically accurate so giving them names from the country of origin makes sense. Thus:

Sleeping [name_f]Beauty[/name_f] already has Aurora/Briar [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and I think those suit, although [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is Latin but was still known in that time period.
