I personally prefer the ‘Reese’ spelling for a girl (and even for boys as well). But I think Rhys Meadow is super cute. I did vote for Mabli Rue though because that is just adorable.
Also here are some ideas for middle names for Scout:

[name_f]Mabli[/name_f] [name_f]Rue[/name_f] is a delight [name_f][/name_f] bubbly and bright but magical too!

I do prefer the [name_f]Reese[/name_f] spelling, though [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] is occasionally used in the US for girls too [name_f][/name_f]- [name_m]Rees[/name_m] might be intriguing too. [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] [name_f]Meadow[/name_f] has a lovely sound [name_f][/name_f]- earthy, a touch of whimsy [name_f][/name_f]- but I like the zippy, spirited-yet-serious feel of [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] too.

I like [name_f]Scout[/name_f]! [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Bronwen[/name_f], [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Bronte[/name_f], [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Opal[/name_f], [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Romilly[/name_f], [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Birdie[/name_f], [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Hafwen[/name_f], [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Goldie[/name_f], [name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Olwen[/name_f], [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Winry[/name_f], and [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Lowri[/name_f] came to mind
I think [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] / [name_f]Reese[/name_f] / [name_m]Reece[/name_m] is a gorgeous name all round [name_f][/name_f]- had to pop in and say that my cousin (f) is a [name_f]Reese[/name_f] [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]! [name_f]Mabli[/name_f] [name_f]Rue[/name_f] is a gorgeous choice, these are all lovely names <33
I normally think [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] (b) and [name_f]Reese[/name_f] (g), and [name_m]Reece[/name_m] for American boys. But I think [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] is tailored and cool to look at!
I’m not keen on spelling for a girl Rhys feels very classic boys name to my English ears whereas Reese feels more gender neutral therefore would use this Reese spelling.
However from your list I love Mabli Rue such a fun name.
Middle names for Scout please count any repeats as me being in agreement with the berries
I love [name_f]Rue[/name_f] [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] and [name_f]Mabli[/name_f] [name_f]Rue[/name_f]. [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] works for a girl, but it’s not my favourite.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] or [name_f]Scout[/name_f] [name_f]Mabli[/name_f] would be adorable. I also love [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] as a first name.
[name_f][/name_f]
What about [name_f]Merryn[/name_f] or [name_f]Manon[/name_f]?
Definitely not. [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] is about as feminine as [name_m]Gareth[/name_m]. [name_f]Mabli[/name_f] [name_f]Rue[/name_f] is cute, though. [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] [name_f]Rue[/name_f] would also be lovely, and flow better than [name_f]Rue[/name_f] [name_f]Ffion[/name_f], which kind of reminds me of roofing.
I voted for [name_f]Mabli[/name_f] [name_f]Rue[/name_f] too—she is amazing! [name_f][/name_f] I also like [name_f]Rue[/name_f] [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] in theory but agree that I would prefer [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] Rue—I can’t help but hear “roofies” when I say [name_f]Rue[/name_f] [name_f]Ffion[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] Unless you don’t say [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] like fee-on? [name_f][/name_f] Otherwise it’s a lovely name though!
[name_f][/name_f]
I’m not opposed to [name_f]Reese[/name_f] on a girl, though I do strongly prefer it on a boy, and prefer [name_f]Reese[/name_f] to [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] in general. [name_f][/name_f] It has a lovely sound though, and [name_m]Rhys[/name_m] [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] is probably my favorites of your options with [name_m]Rhys[/name_m].
