I am writing a story about young boy and need a name for his rock star idol(woman). The story takes place in [name]California[/name] in 90-s so this woman was born in 50-s/60-s I think.(I thought maybe name her [name]Imogen[/name] or smth like that) Could you please help me? Any suggestions would be great!
[name]Rock[/name] stars tend to use stage names - think [name]Alice[/name] [name]Cooper[/name], [name]Marilyn[/name] [name]Manson[/name], Meat Loaf. Androgyny was a pretty big thing in the 80s/90s rock, so maybe something a bit gender neutral - was thinking something like [name]Alexis[/name] [name]Reed[/name] - or something overtly feminine to contrast with her rocking side - [name]Felicity[/name] Kicks sprung to mind, girly first name combined with spunky, rocking, action surname.
