Congratulations!!
[name_f]Anwen[/name_f] is so beautiful and underrated
My second favorite is [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
Definitely [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], no doubt about it. Beautiful, feminine and classic, plus it offers a few different cute nicknames. [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is too tied to the tragic [name_m]Shakespeare[/name_m] character, and for some reason [name_f]Amity[/name_f] and [name_f]Anwen[/name_f] just don’t speak to me. That’s just personal opinion though.
[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]…
[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] are pretty equal to me. I’m not sure I could choose. [name_u]Love[/name_u] them both more than the other two names. If I had to choose, probably [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], but I have far less association with [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] to [name_m]Shakespeare[/name_m] than I do to [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] from Psych who makes this name infinitely more wearable and a great name.
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] and [name_f]Anwen[/name_f] are both stunningly beautiful names, and I find it hard to choose between them. I also think [name_f]Amity[/name_f] is really delightful and full of character.
I really dislike [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], and I’m afraid I’ve been influenced by a friend who was named [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] but couldn’t wait to change her name as an adult. She found the name too frilly and over the top, and felt that she was judged negatively by her name. This experience has left me feeling that [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] wouldn’t suit many people.
My favorite is [name_f]Amity[/name_f]. I never see it, and am delighted to see it getting some recognition here! It has a sweet sound, like [name_f]Amy[/name_f], and a beautiful meaning. My second-favorite is the sweet, classic [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f].
This is tough… I have very similar [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] on my list instead, and I love them equally. Today (may change tomorrow, lol), I guess I vote for [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]. But I love [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] a lot too!
[name_f]Anwen[/name_f] is beautiful and so underappreciated! [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] would be my second choice.
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is my favorite for sure…I think of the character from the TV show Lost when I think of [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] rather than [name_m]Shakespeare[/name_m]'s [name_f]Juliet[/name_f].
[name_f]Anwen[/name_f] is unique & lovely…because of my Welsh heritage that one is my second choice.
[name_f]Amity[/name_f] & [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] are NMS…somewhere along the way I must have read a book that had a not-so-pleasant [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] & I can’t shake that association. Same thing w/[name_f]Amity[/name_f]…I just think of the Amityville Horror. More than likely, though, few people actually naming babies these days will know about the Amityville happening.
