I don’t have an “er” sound in the middle in either pronunciation.

I say it as “[name_f]ROSE[/name_f]-uh-lee”

Same here! Definitely the [name_f]Rose[/name_f] beginning, not [name_f]Roz[/name_f]. And just an -uh- in the middle.

I do love the spelling Rozelee though.
