Wondering what you lovely namers think of [name]Rosalie[/name]?
I like her because she’s somewhat vintage-classic, three syllables but not bulky, and sweetly sassy. The nicknames [name]Rose[/name] and [name]Rosie[/name] help her blend in a little. What do you think of her?
ETA: This is a prospective name for me, a teenberry looking for a new name. I am a quiet nerd, writer, huge mushy romantic, loud bouncy skip-a-holic, lover of magical books, hidden corners and far-off places and maybe just a little bit crazy.
I absolutely love [name]Rosalie[/name]. I want to add it to my own list but I’m not sure where to start.
I have the same thoughts about the name as you. Classic and vintage, but approachable with the [name]Rose[/name]/[name]Rosie[/name] nicknames. I’d imagine a [name]Rosalie[/name] to be very smart, sweet, and a little shy,but with a little sassy and spunky at the same time.
Apparently the name was in Twilight(I haven’t actually read the books or seen the movies) so it’s increasing in popularity but despite that connection I still love the name nonetheless. It’d be refreshing to meet a [name]Rosalie[/name]!
[name]Rosalie[/name] is one of those vintage-y names that people are liking these days - not to say that it’ll necessarily become super popular. I like it, although it’s not really my style. It has a pretty, whimsical, warm sound, and I really like the nickname [name]Rosie[/name].
