Rosalind

I love the name [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]. I love it’s class, elegance, sophistication, and rareness. I also love it because of the [name_m]Shakespeare[/name_m]'s association of [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] and [name_m]Orlando[/name_m] in “As You Like It”. It makes it romantic! WDYT of [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]. Is it dated, too mature sounding, oldfashion? I would love to hear your input.

I love the name [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], its on my own list. I feel its very pretty and elegant. I can see a very reserved and polite little girl named [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]. I think it seems a bit vintage but not fusty.

I really like [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]! Mostly because of [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_m]Franklin[/name_m], and the fact it’s a beautiful, elegant vintage name. I’d love to meet a little [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]! Or a big one for that matter :p.

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] guys! My name is [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]! I get called [name_f]Rosie[/name_f], RoRo and [name_m]BoBo[/name_m] aswell.

Well, I’m here to give my biased opinion

We named our 2nd daughter [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]. We also worried about it being too stuffy or heavy, but she wears it surprisingly well.

Plus, [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_m]Franklin[/name_m] is a great namesake.

Absolutely beautiful.

I really, really like it and have come around to liking the [name_f]Roz[/name_f]-a-lind pronunciation (though I still slightly prefer [name_f]Rose[/name_f]-a-lind).
