Rosalind's sisters?

So, you meet a lovely little girl named [name]Rosalind[/name] (nn [name]Ros[/name]). What would you guess her sister(s) to be named? I’m falling hard for this name and I’d love to hear other names you berries find similar in feel- timeless, classic, steeped in history, literature, mythology, with fresh nicknames that somehow still remain obscure. What do you berries have for me?

Thanks! Some of these I’ve tossed around, including [name]Portia[/name], [name]Phoebe[/name], [name]Iris[/name], [name]Imogen[/name], [name]Hermione[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name].

[name]Rosalind[/name] is lovely and has a certain warmth which some of the crisp, modern names lack. It’s a “grown-up” sort of name - solid and reliability. The world still needs grownups! You have already been given some lovely Shakespearean suggestions so here are some other names that would be wonderful for [name]Rosalind[/name]'s sister.

Thanks! I do like [name]Helen[/name], [name]Lorraine[/name], [name]Marjorie[/name], [name]Gwendolyn[/name], [name]Faye[/name] and [name]Florence[/name].

Anyone else have any suggestions?

[name]Rosalind[/name] & [name]Adelaide[/name]

[name]Rosalind[/name] & [name]Persephone[/name]
[name]Rosalind[/name] & [name]Penelope[/name]
[name]Rosalind[/name] & [name]Octavia[/name]
[name]Rosalind[/name] & Liviana
[name]Rosalind[/name] & [name]Valentina[/name]

What about [name]Cressida[/name]? [name]Just[/name] saw it today in the forum actually and thought it might fit the bill for you  It’s apparently mythological and Shakespearean, and has the cute nickname [name]Cressa[/name]!

I do like [name]Guinevere[/name] too, although I’m not too sure how usable it is. I also like [name]Cressida[/name]. I want something that people definitely recognize but don’t often hear, and that ages well.
