Rose Hardee?

I’ve loved the name [name_f]Rose[/name_f] for all my life. Then I married a man with the last name Hardee (same meaning ad [name_m]Hardy[/name_m], like if a plant is hardy for the winter or not, etc) so now I’m not sure if [name_f]Rose[/name_f] works anymore.

Due in [name_u]March[/name_u].

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think the first name and last name work?
Thinking the baby girl might be [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] Hardee.

Also kind of afraid of her being called [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] Hardee which is a little rhyme-y.

Are these concerns that you would have too? Or not really?

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] Hardee is fine. I did have a brief moment of ‘oh, hardy, like things in difficult environments’. But honestly I don’t think that’s a bad thing - being hardy is like being resilient, who doesn’t want that?
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] Hardee - A beautiful but tough flower!

I don’t think [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] Hardee is too bad, especially as that’s not her ‘full’ first name.

It sounds fine. I actually work at a Hardee’s so that’s what came to mind for me. ”

I think [name_f]Rose[/name_f] Hardee works.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] is a beautiful name and it is fine with your last name. I love R0se Ev@ngeline. It’s gorgeous!

I think it’s fine! [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is a pretty name, I think you should use it.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] Hardee works, and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is lovely

I think it works! [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] Hardee doesn’t seem like it would be a serious problem because her last name will be used on documents, during roll calls, etc. In those cases, her nickname probably won’t be used, based on my own experience at least. Basically, she could be both [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] Hardee depending on the context, but she probably won’t be [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] Hardee. In occasional casual cases, if her nickname and last name happen to be used together, it doesn’t seem like enough of a problem to prevent you from using such a beautiful name. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is gorgeous!

I agree with this. I would use [name_f]Rose[/name_f], and the combination with [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is gorgeous.

[name_u]Love[/name_u] it!!!

I think its lovely!

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] Hardee is gorgeous. I think [name_f]Rose[/name_f]/[name_f]Rosie[/name_f] goes fine with your last name!

Thanks everyone!
