I would pronounce it [name_f]Ro[/name_f]-sen-a, but I imagine average American can go for [name_f]Rosina[/name_f] pronunciation, unless it’s Rosenna.

I would assume it’s a different spelling of [name_f]Rosina[/name_f]. So roh-ZEE-na.
