Give me some honest feeback about this combo… what do you think?
Very descriptive, i.e. a rosy dawn
Feels very sweet but a little descriptive!
I think something like [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] or [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] feels less descriptive.
[name_f]Rosie[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] is adorable and so lovely! I’m a sucker for double word names, so I really like this. And I think the fact that it’s spelled “-ie” and not “-y” makes a huge difference! [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] feels way less wordy than something like [name_u]Dusty[/name_u] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f].
I love both names and find them criminally underrated! [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] as a middle is especially so cozy.
Unfortunately, I agree with previous posters that in this exact combo I think it reads too much like a phrase.
[name_f]Rosie[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] is sweet - a cute balance between modern-but-vintage nickname vibes, and a slightly dated, but nature-y, unexpected middle
i think it’s cute!
not really a fan
It is descriptive, but I think it would be fine.
I agree that it feels quite descriptive. I do like [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] in general but I’m not super fond of her with [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] (which makes [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] feel more middle-aged to me) - I think I’d find something like [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] or [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] [name_u]Devon[/name_u] more appealing?
Too wordy!
[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], [name_f]Rosenwyn[/name_f] or [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] would be better. You can always nickname her [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]. You have to remember that she won’t always be a cute little baby, she will grow up and may appreciate a more formal name for forms, certificates etc. [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] sounds a little immature to my ears for a grown woman.
