I love it on a girl! Its okay on a boy, but its not my favorite!

I love it for both. It’s one of my favorite things about this name (and many other nature names).

I only think it’s ok on a boy, but when I see it on a girl it gives me a big smile! I just imagine an adorable little red-headed girl with way too many curls playing in the dirt with a couple of dogs. It’s adorable.

My husband is the opposite. I’m trying to get him on board with [name]Rowan[/name] in the middle for a girl.

If we have a daughter with red hair we will name her [name]Rowan[/name]. I prefer it on a girl but would love it on a boy as well! I just really really love the name! I didn’t vote because I consider it truly unisex and I like the name so none of the options fit for me.

Boy or girl, this is one of the few names i feel is completely unisex, no gender has “claimed” it yet.

Funny you say that the only female [name]Rowan[/name] I know it a little red head and she’s got two little puppies haha!

I like it for both.

Having said that I’ve only met female Rowans, and a male [name]Rohan[/name], which I also really like for both.

I like [name]Rowan[/name] for both but actually prefer [name]Ronan[/name] over [name]Rowan[/name] for a boy and [name]Rowena[/name] over [name]Rowan[/name] for a girl. But still really like [name]Rowan[/name]!
