I don’t mind any of the three. There’s always something to be said for traditional, but I would use whichever you find most visually pleasing, as you’ll be seeing it a lot! I personally find [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] the most visually pleasing. But If the unisex aspect bothers you at all, I see nothing wrong with using one of the other two options.

[name_u]Rowan[/name_u], such a great name. I don’t see the appeal of [name_u]Roan[/name_u] and [name_u]Rowen[/name_u].

[name_u]Rowan[/name_u]. [name_u]Roan[/name_u] is usually prn as rone like the horse color.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I pronounce [name_u]Roan[/name_u] completely differently that I pronounce [name_u]Rowan[/name_u].

Yes, I would think it would be pronounced “RONE”

Agreed w pps: [name_u]Roan[/name_u] would be pronounced differently (“Rone”). [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]/[name_u]Rowen[/name_u] would (to me) be pronounced the same, but I prefer the -an spelling.
