Ruby or Lacey?

I was wondering what name you liked better. I love [name]Ruby[/name], but I’m really a fan of [name]Lacey[/name] too! I love that [name]Lacey[/name] is so underused and so feminine. What do you think of these names?

I don’t really think [name]Lacey[/name] is underused at all because I believe it’s on the Top 1,000 list four times with different spellings. Despite this, I still prefer [name]Lacey[/name] to [name]Ruby[/name].

[name]Ruby[/name] is quite popular right now, but for good reason–it’s spunky, cute, easy to spell, vintage but modern…to me [name]Lacey[/name] is sort of an eighties party girl name. I think [name]Ruby[/name] is a more durable choice.

I [name]Love[/name] [name]Ruby[/name]. I knew several [name]Lacey[/name]'s growing up so I suppose hat makes it an 80s name? It’s definitely nothing least favorite and is quite cute and pretty- but [name]Ruby[/name] is definitely me preference. It was more enduring qualities I think

I love [name]Lacey[/name], [name]Ruby[/name] is rather annoying tbh.

Neither one is really “my cup of tea” but I prefer [name]Lacey[/name].

I love the name [name]Ruby[/name], I always have!!! [name]Lacey[/name] I also think is pretty, but I do prefer [name]Ruby[/name].

Oh, [name]Ruby[/name] by miles! I’ve known so many [name]Lacey[/name]'s, and none of them have worn the name well. Also, being a college student, when I meet a [name]Lacey[/name] it always feels so weird to me. I expect them to be small children or very old ladies, so the name does not suit someone in their 20-30s (or even older than that) in my opinion.

I can imagine [name]Ruby[/name] on any age.

[name]Ruby[/name] outshines [name]Lacey[/name], [name]IMO[/name].

I prefer [name]Ruby[/name]

[name]Lacey[/name] is a bit too much like [name]Barbie[/name], [name]Candy[/name], etc. It’s not terrible, just too fro-fro for me.

I choose [name]Lacey[/name]! I love it! [name]Ruby[/name] is hot right now…due to old lady trend. But [name]Lacey[/name] will make a comeback soon I’m guessing. [name]Ruby[/name] is the safe choice, while [name]Lacey[/name] is the unexpected.

There’s no comparison between these two names for me. [name]Ruby[/name] is spunky and vintage with a bit of sass thrown in. [name]Lacey[/name] is cutesy, dated and saccharine. [name]Ruby[/name] is my choice.

I don’t like [name]Lacey[/name] at all, it’s pretty trashy here in the UK. [name]Ruby[/name] is gorgeou but popular.

[name]Ruby[/name]. [name]Lacey[/name] is lovely as well, but I find [name]Lacey[/name] to be a bit more twee and [name]Ruby[/name] to be a bit more substantial.

I love [name]Ruby[/name].

[name]Lacey[/name] is to sickly sweet imo.
