Fits great with [name]Isabelle[/name], [name]Arianne[/name], [name]Olivia[/name], [name]Charlotte[/name], [name]Violet[/name] (especially), and [name]Daphne[/name]. [name]Ruby[/name] [name]Richards[/name] isn’t too cutesy at all, I like the alliteration, sounds like she could be a movie star one day!

I do think that it has a different vibe than your other names, maybe a little more saucy than sweet, but I don’t think it’s so different that it’s incompatible.

I love the name [name]Ruby[/name]! It’s a family name, and I’d just love love love to use it (off limits, though, since the person is still living). I think the alliteration is sweet and vintage. For a sib set, I’m not sure if it really fits with the names you have listed. It seems lighter and sweeter (whereas [name]Violet[/name] and Daphe and [name]Isabelle[/name] are a bit, sexy). A sib with something softer like [name]Emma[/name], [name]Anna[/name], [name]Sophia[/name], or [name]Ella[/name] seems more in sync, [name]IMO[/name]. I think as a mn it would work really well with any you listed, esp. [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Ruby[/name].

I’m still throwing [name]Ruby[/name] around… I like that it is short and sweet but sometimes I wonder if it would really fit in next to a longer name like [name]Isabelle[/name], [name]Arianne[/name], or [name]Olivia[/name], etc. Some of your opinions is what I was worried about–that it is too sassy. I feel like all my favorites are very sweet (lol, [name]Poppy[/name], I do not get the sexy thing about [name]Isabelle[/name] at all!)–and I am afraid that [name]Ruby[/name] might be a bit too sexy with [name]Isabelle[/name], [name]Charlotte[/name], [name]Violet[/name], [name]Arianne[/name], [name]Olivia[/name], etc.
I’m still considering it… I keep going back and forth on it. I’ll see it in writing on here and think it’s so sweet and incredibly perfect, and then the next second I can’t imagine using it myself. I do have [name]Daphne[/name] [name]Imogen[/name] [name]Ruby[/name] on my list… so even if I don’t move it to the FN spot I still do have it on my list.

I adore [name]Ruby[/name]! It’s such a spunky, fun name, and would age really well. Plus, for me, it’s a family name, so what’s not to like?
