Hello I’ve just come across [name_m]Rufus[/name_m] and [name_m]Rupert[/name_m]. What do you think? Useable? Surname Ashdown and middle name [name_m]Christopher[/name_m], [name_m]Timothy[/name_m], [name_m]William[/name_m], [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] or [name_m]Frederick[/name_m]. [name_m]Will[/name_m] join brothers [name_u]Vale[/name_u], [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] and [name_u]Darby[/name_u]. Other names we are considering are [name_m]Heath[/name_m], [name_f]Briar[/name_f], [name_m]Rye[/name_m], [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] and [name_u]Oakley[/name_u].
Thanks [name_u]Jessie[/name_u] x
[name_m]Both[/name_m] names seem usable with your other sons’ names. My favorite combos are [name_m]Rufus[/name_m] [name_m]Timothy[/name_m] Ashdown and [name_m]Rupert[/name_m] [name_m]William[/name_m] Ashdown. Of your other names, [name_m]Heath[/name_m] [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] Ashdown and [name_f]Briar[/name_f] [name_m]Timothy[/name_m] Ashdown would be very nice.
I think they’re both usable, but I prefer [name_m]Rupert[/name_m] personally. I think it would pair well with any of those middle names. [name_m]Heath[/name_m] is also nice.
I hope so! I’m pregnant and due in six weeks and if it is a boy, it will be called [name_m]Rupert[/name_m]! I adore it and it is in honor of my father, [name_m]Robert[/name_m]. I also love [name_m]Rufus[/name_m] but we only use family names it is not one. I tried to convince a friend to use it as it was her husband’s grandfather and he loved it.
Thanks, I do really love [name_f]Briar[/name_f] also but got a lot of that’s a girls name comments on previous threads… I’m glad you all think that Ru names are usable. [name_m]Rufus[/name_m] [name_m]Timothy[/name_m] is particularly lovely
