Britberry here. I did think of [name]Rupert[/name] [name]Bear[/name] but also of [name]Rupert[/name] Grint and [name]Rupert[/name] [name]Giles[/name], loving [name]Harry[/name] [name]Potter[/name] and [name]Buffy[/name] as I do!
I think it would be a fabulous name though. It fits in with the current trend here for reclaiming traditional, upper-class names without being as common as [name]Oliver[/name] and [name]George[/name] and the like. There should definitely be more Ruperts!
It’s a great name, and I don’t think [name]Rupert[/name] [name]Bear[/name] would be the first thing people think of. (I’m Canadian, but I know the show).
[name]Rupert[/name] was my top contender for our third son but my husband hated it because of the bear and [name]Rupert[/name] Murdoch. We went with [name]Jarvis[/name] instead
