i think you may have exhausted all options  only ones i can think of are ria, ri, rye, and ara or ari, from the R initial. like R-ie but spelled more nicely

outside of that you may have to go to much stretchier options from an english standard. like rachel → rachelita → lita or something

I have no idea how I’d spell it but maybe something pronounced like the letter H (aitch)? (“Ach” does not look pretty for a nickname I fear, lol).

I think [name_f]Rashi[/name_f], [name_u]Rocky[/name_u], Roxie/Roxy, or Rali/Raleigh/Raley could potentially work too?

Prob not what you’re looking for, but I have a friend named [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] whose siblings sometimes call her Troll :joy: [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] → Ray-troll → Troll

Raa / [name_m]Ra[/name_m]
Rako

Larch is composed of 5/6 of the letters in [name_f]Rachel[/name_f]?
Larche is a full on anagram. These are answers I gave to one of the first posts I answered here on NB when I joined in '20. The poster was looking to honour a [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] with a masc name and the best suggestion was [name_u]Charles[/name_u]. Is that any good to you? I also think [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] kinda makes sense as a nn for [name_f]Rachel[/name_f].

Also Charl…

Hela
Riri
[name_f]Lulu[/name_f]
[name_u]Chai[/name_u]
Rachi (rah-chee—not sure if too close to Rachie)
[name_u]Hale[/name_u]
Rasha
Sacha?? Lasha??

[name_u]Rhett[/name_u]
[name_u]Ace[/name_u] (from the letters)
[name_u]Rocky[/name_u] / [name_u]Rocco[/name_u]
[name_u]Remi[/name_u] (something pronounced ray mee)
Raykha

Rocky/Rockie/Rocki (in Spanish [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] is [name_f]Raquel[/name_f] and the first syllable sounds kind of like rock so Rocky…)

Best of luck!
