Hello! We are pregnant with baby 4. Our children are [name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], and [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. We are struggling for another girl Bible name. The only names we agree on are [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] and [name_f]Esther[/name_f]. I don’t [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] either but I didn’t love [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and now I adore it. Any preference or other suggestion? Thanks so much!
Congratulations! I prefer [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] because of the cute nn [name_f]Ruthie[/name_f]! Best wishes!
I agree w/Norin–[name_f]Ruthie[/name_f] is precious! Also, I love [name_f]Keziah[/name_f].
I’m not crazy about either but I would go with [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite biblical female names are [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Naomi[/name_f]
I have 2 very close friends named [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] and it suits them perfectly. It is a very sweet name. I prefer it to [name_f]Esther[/name_f] but the nickname [name_f]Essie[/name_f] for [name_f]Esther[/name_f] would be adorable.
[name_f]Ruth[/name_f] has been growing on me lately. I’m starting to really like it. I’m not really a fan of [name_f]Esther[/name_f], and you already have 1 daughter with an E name so I’d choose a different initial.
I prefer [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] over [name_f]Esther[/name_f].
Other suggestions:
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Anna[/name_f]
[name_f]Rachel[/name_f]
[name_f]Eunice[/name_f]
[name_f]Rebecca[/name_f]
Congrats!!!
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Esther[/name_f] sounds adorable as I have bad associations with someone called [name_f]Ruth[/name_f].
For biblical suggestions, how about:
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Anna[/name_f] *
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_u]Eden[/name_u] *
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Grace[/name_f] *
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Leah[/name_f] *
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Myra[/name_f]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Naomi[/name_f]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] *
Good luck!
[name_f]Ruth[/name_f] goes amazing with your sibset! [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] name.
[name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] & ___
[name_f]Ruth[/name_f] goes best with your other kids’ names. I like both [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] and [name_f]Esther[/name_f] a lot so I can’t choose a favorite. Other suggestions: [name_f]Miriam[/name_f], [name_f]Abra[/name_f] (A as in [name_f]May[/name_f], A-brah), [name_f]Anna[/name_f], [name_f]Dinah[/name_f], [name_f]Leah[/name_f]
I like [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] best with sibs. I also like [name_f]Myra[/name_f] and [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] nn [name_f]Miri[/name_f] or [name_f]Mira[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] is extremely dated. I would definitely go with [name_f]Esther[/name_f]- I know 2 who both love their name! (20&28yrs)
The [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] and [name_f]Esther[/name_f] I know both have been or are in my recorder group! It’s kind of hard to decide. [name_m]Just[/name_m] because this is the only reason I can think of (I do not think this matters that much at all), I’d go with [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] to avoid repeating first initials with [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Esther[/name_f].
[name_f]Ruth[/name_f] goes the best with your other kids names. [name_f]Esther[/name_f] has the same initial as [name_f]Eve[/name_f] so I would try to stay away from that
I like [name_f]Esther[/name_f] more but it does repeat the E thing with [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. [name_f]Tess[/name_f] & [name_f]Esti[/name_f] are [name_f]IMO[/name_f] cuter than [name_f]Ruthie[/name_f]. And the -er ending is appealing.
With your sibset I could see Biblical [name_f]Hannah[/name_f], [name_f]Naomi[/name_f], [name_f]Leah[/name_f], [name_f]Mara[/name_f], or even [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] and [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] if you wanted to go [name_m]New[/name_m] Testament.
[name_f]Esther[/name_f] is one of my favourite names in the world. So strong and yet etheral too. Maybe [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] goes with your subset better though (I find it outdated and boring). A bit left field and not a bible name but what about [name_f]Glory[/name_f]?
[name_f]Esther[/name_f] is one of my favorite biblical names ! I totally agree with the suggestion of [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] to go with your other children’s names.
Out of the two I prefer [name_f]Esther[/name_f]. It’s so sweet, yet professional. Not a fan of [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] at all…
other name with your sibset could be [name_f]Leah[/name_f].
I vote for [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]. Or [name_f]Sarah[/name_f].
