[name]Sadie[/name]! I love the name [name]Sophie[/name], but [name]Sadie[/name] fits better with [name]Mattie[/name].

I like [name]Sadie[/name] best. It’s one of my top choices too so I’m kind of partial. [name]Sophie[/name] is a little too common for me and [name]Libby[/name], just not a fan.

I think all 3 would go with [name]Mattie[/name], I just voted for my favorite which is [name]Sophie[/name]!

Hey! [name]Sophie[/name] and [name]Sadie[/name] are quite popular in NZ so I went with [name]Libby[/name] that is my cousins name. Such a sweet name.

I think [name]Sadie[/name] and [name]Libby[/name] go with [name]Mattie[/name]! [name]Both[/name] not super common, but are heard of. All named are super cute though!

All three would work wonderfully, but I voted for [name]Sophie[/name]. Yes, it’s very popular (in the US at least) but [name]Mattie[/name] and [name]Sophie[/name] are so sweet together!

I know it’s popular, but [name]Sophie[/name] is my favourite of the three and I like it the best with [name]Mattie[/name]. I’m not a fan of [name]Sadie[/name] or [name]Libby[/name].

I chose [name]Libby[/name]. [name]Mattie[/name] has a sweetly old-fashioned vibe. [name]Sophie[/name] is too “it girl” (especially since 30,000 baby girls last year were named [name]Sophia[/name]), and [name]Sadie[/name] is too manic and spunky. [name]Libby[/name] is a perfect style match. I’d like Liddy even more.

I hear a little bit of a rhyme in [name]Mattie[/name] and [name]Sadie[/name] so I voted for [name]Libby[/name].

We’re really torn between [name]Sadie[/name] and [name]Sophie[/name] and I see everyone else seems to like them almost equally as well. We’re concerned with [name]Sophie[/name]'s extreme popularity due to all the Sophias. However we are concerned with [name]Sadie[/name] and [name]Mattie[/name] rhyming a little as well and being too matchy matchy. I must saw, [name]Sadie[/name] has been a favorite for so long though and I’m afraid I will regret not using it. I love the simplicity and sweetness of [name]Sophie[/name]. We plan on using [name]Hazel[/name] as a middle name.

I will rate the names not according to my own preference but by how well they “fit” with [name]Mattie[/name].

1 [name]Libby[/name]
2 [name]Sadie[/name]
3 [name]Sophie[/name]

Thanks for voting everyone. [name]Sadie[/name] has always been my favorite but I was concerned about it rhyming with [name]Mattie[/name]. I think we will either go with [name]Sophie[/name] [name]Hazel[/name] or [name]Sadie[/name] [name]Hazel[/name]. Thoughts and opinions on these combinations are also appreciated.

The vowels are different ([name]SAY[/name]-dee versus MAA-ttee) and even though D and T are very close, they’re not identical.

[name]Sophie[/name] [name]Hazel[/name] works well, but unfortunately [name]Sadie[/name] [name]Hazel[/name] does not. The two AYs in sAYdee hAYzel are the same.

Which are you more tied to, [name]Sadie[/name] or [name]Hazel[/name]?

Similar sound & vibe to [name]Hazel[/name], without the AY:

[name]Adele[/name]
[name]Carroll[/name]
[name]Estelle[/name]
[name]Laurel[/name]
[name]Mariel[/name]
[name]Arielle[/name]
[name]Zoelle[/name]
[name]Louise[/name]

Definitely more tied to [name]Sadie[/name] than [name]Hazel[/name].

OK great. What is your last name like, and what sort of middle name did you select for [name]Mattie[/name]? Is it [name]Mae[/name]?
