We’re expecting a boy in [name_u]August[/name_u]!
We can’t decide b/t [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] ([name_u]Sam[/name_u]) or [name_u]Sonny[/name_u]. His last name begins with a “K”
Which do you prefer?
Thanks in advance!!!

I prefer [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. [name_u]Sam[/name_u] is sweet for a boy’s nickname.
[name_u]Sam[/name_u] all the way
I prefer [name_u]Sam[/name_u] / [name_m]Samuel[/name_m].
I prefer [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] or [name_u]Sam[/name_u] over [name_u]Sonny[/name_u]. [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] would make a great pet name (as in a human pet name, not a name for an animal).
[name_m]Samuel[/name_m]/[name_u]Sam[/name_u]…love it!
[name_u]Sonny[/name_u] is adorable!
Definitely [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] nn [name_u]Sam[/name_u], it is one of my all time favourite names. You could always use [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] as a nn too like pp suggested.
I only like [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] as a nickname, especially on a boy, so [name_u]Sam[/name_u]
Definitely [name_u]Sam[/name_u]. In comparison, [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] seems casual and childish and I don’t think it would work as well as [name_u]Sam[/name_u] should he be in an professional authoritative/supervisor position as an adult.
Definitely, [name_u]Sam[/name_u].
