Sam or Theo?

[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Andrew[/name] or [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Andrew[/name]?

Big sister is [name]Gwendolyn[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name].

Comments? Suggestions?

I really love [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Andrew[/name]. I think it goes really well with [name]Gwendolyn[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name]. [name]Samuel[/name] is nice, but something about [name]Theo[/name] and [name]Gwen[/name] is just adorable!

I much prefer [name]Theo[/name] over [name]Sam[/name]. [name]Samuel[/name] sounds a little simple next to [name]Gwendolyn[/name].

I [name]LOVE[/name] nn [name]Sam[/name], but not crazy about [name]Samuel[/name]. But with [name]Gwendolyn[/name], I think [name]Theodore[/name] nn [name]Theo[/name] is a better choice.

Thanks rylane46! I love [name]Sam[/name] too, and [name]Samuel[/name], but I do think [name]Theodore[/name] sounds better with [name]Gwen[/name]. Also, I went to school with several [name]Sam[/name]'s. They were all very nice and we were friends, but I think that kind of puts the name on the bubble for me. DH really loves it though, so we’ll see.

I agree with the general consensus. I think that [name]Sam[/name] is lovely and goes well with [name]Gwen[/name], but I love [name]Theo[/name] as well and there’s a real “wow” factor to [name]Gwen[/name] and [name]Theo[/name] for some reason.

I love [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Andrew[/name]! I think that [name]Theo[/name] is such a cute nickname.

I like [name]Samuel[/name] better than [name]Sam[/name], and [name]Theo[/name] better than [name]Theodore[/name]. If I had to choose I would with [name]Theodore[/name] nn [name]Theo[/name].

Thanks everybody for your responses! Like I said, I really love [name]Theo[/name] and [name]Samuel[/name] is kind of on the bubble for me, but DH really loves [name]Sam[/name], so we’ll have to wait and see. Right now we’re leaning toward keeping both and waiting until he arrives to pick a name.
