Same initials?

Would it be odd to have a [name_u]Timothy[/name_u] [name_m]Paul[/name_m] and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_m]Peter[/name_m] ?

No, not at all. Matching initials are actually quite common.

No, i don’t think so. I share matching initials with someone in my family and it’s never posed an issue. I agree that it’s pretty cute :))

It’s not my personal favourite aesthetically speaking, but it’s definitely not out of the ordinary. Lots of family’s do this & most of them on purpose (from my experience)

I share the same initials with my grandmother (including the same mn). Being a name nerd I’ve always seen the connection but I don’t think any of my family even think about that kind of thing as it’s never came up in conversation. So I’m guessing it’s no big deal😂.

Beautiful names :relaxed: Personally, I wouldn’t but only because I want to be able to label their school lunches, coats, gifts, etc. using their initials but that’s just my preference. It’s fine either way :relaxed:

Oh my goodness I love those combos! I think [name_u]Timothy[/name_u] and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] are so precious together! They share the same initial but sound distinct, and [name_u]Theo[/name_u] / [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] and [name_m]Tim[/name_m] / [name_m]Timmy[/name_m] are such cute nicknames.

I really love [name_m]Peter[/name_m] and [name_m]Paul[/name_m] as names ! However my hesitation would be the TP initials , which actually isn’t so bad because there will be a last letter too
