[name_m]Hi[/name_m] guys! I stumbled upon Samford as an option to get to [name_u]Sam[/name_u] and I’m curious what your thoughts and opinions are…
And have you ever heard Samford on an actual boy?
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] guys! I stumbled upon Samford as an option to get to [name_u]Sam[/name_u] and I’m curious what your thoughts and opinions are…
And have you ever heard Samford on an actual boy?
I’m not a fan. But if you like [name_u]Sam[/name_u] you could just use it by itself. I know more people named [name_u]Sam[/name_u] itself, than [name_u]Sam[/name_u] short for [name_m]Samuel[/name_m].
Samford, to me, feels a bit stuffy, for lack of a better word. I’m sorry. [name_m]Ford[/name_m] wold be a very cool, very handsome nickname. I agree with sunkissedchild, if you love [name_u]Sam[/name_u] just use [name_u]Sam[/name_u] as the full name.
Samford is very stuffy to me. It’s the name of one of the oldest buildings on my university campus, so that’s really all I can picture. I think [name_u]Sam[/name_u] stands well on its own, or [name_m]Samson[/name_m] if you want an alternative to [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. Have you ever considered [name_m]Lemuel[/name_m] instead of [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]?
I’ve heard [name_m]Sanford[/name_m] but haven’t encountered Samford. Like the pp, I like the idea of [name_m]Samson[/name_m].
I’m not a fan of [name_u]Sam[/name_u] names in general, but I especially don’t like Samford. I find it a bit difficult to say, and it does sound like you’re mispronouncing [name_m]Sanford[/name_m]. I agree with pp, [name_m]Samson[/name_m] is probably my favourite [name_u]Sam[/name_u] name - very strong and noble!
