I prefer [name_m]Samson[/name_m]. I always hear “mule” in [name_m]Samuel[/name_m].
I think both are nice names, but I voted for [name_m]Samson[/name_m]. I like that [name_m]Samson[/name_m] is less common, but still has a well known established nickname.
I like both, but prefer [name_m]Samuel[/name_m], just by a hair. I like the Biblical namesake more, and I like the more classic vibe as opposed to the spunky Biblical one for [name_m]Samson[/name_m]. I do love [name_m]Samson[/name_m] a lot, though, and think he’d fit in perfectly with some of my spunky Biblical favorites–like [name_m]Boaz[/name_m], [name_m]Judah[/name_m], [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], and [name_m]Cyrus[/name_m]/[name_m]Silas[/name_m].
I can’t imagine replacing [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] on my list, but I am considering adding him anyway. There was a [name_u]Berry[/name_u] (I don’t remember their username!) who had [name_m]Samson[/name_m] [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] as their top choice, and I’ve always LOVED that combo!
I prefer [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. [name_m]Samson[/name_m] feels more suited to a big drooling dog.
That berry was me!!! Haha… unless there was someone else who had it, but I had [name_m]Samson[/name_m] [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] as my top choice for a boy for a looong time. I recently took the combo off my short list, but I do still love it.

Ha! Oh, well, erm, that is a my bad haha. I thought your signature looked just about right for the [name_m]Samson[/name_m] [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] combo, but I hadn’t seen it in your signature for so long (or maybe it just seems like so long because of my break from Nameberry at the beginning of the year), so I just assumed the [name_u]Berry[/name_u] with the combo had sort of left Nameberry as well! Obviously, I love your [name_m]Samson[/name_m] combo, haha.
