Maybe a bit [name_m]OTT[/name_m] for a first name, but I’m quite fond of it (maybe because one of my favourite fictional heroines is named [name_f]Sapphire[/name_f]

As a middle name [name_f]Sapphire[/name_f] is quite nice, but certainly not any altered spellings as that’s quite tacky [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. [name_f]Sapphira[/name_f] however is beautiful, refined and not at all stripperish - I don’t really see how anyone could turn their noses up at that. [name_m]How[/name_m] about:

I prefer [name_f]Sapphire[/name_f], but then again I also like other gem names such as [name_f]Emerald[/name_f], [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], [name_f]Opal[/name_f], [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], and [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Sapphire[/name_f] is good in the middle spot, [name_f]Safire[/name_f] doesn’t help though. Other suggestions are [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f]/[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f], [name_f]Sienna[/name_f], or [name_f]Savannah[/name_f].
I think it’s fine as [name_f]Sapphire[/name_f], and do not associate it with a stripper at all ([name_f]Crystal[/name_f], [name_f]Brandi[/name_f] and [name_f]Honey[/name_f] on the other hand…)
I love gem names, and [name_f]Sapphire[/name_f] is a lovely name! It would be on my list but I picked [name_f]Saffron[/name_f] instead as the two are way too similar for me to keep both.
I really like [name_f]Sapphira[/name_f]/[name_f]Saphira[/name_f], although the biblical reference throws me off a little. There’s also the Spanish version, [name_f]Zafira[/name_f].
I think it’s beautiful, especially if she turns out to have blue eyes.
