elina is pregnant with the couple’s first child and they’re wonderfully excited. though they live in the city, both of them have always loved the countryside, and would like this reflected in their baby’s name. they would like a sweet, vintage cottagecore-inspired first name, with an unusual gender-neutral nature name in the middle.

nat and alec are expecting their first, via a surrogate, and they’re having a boy ! with their short surname, they both enjoy having long, serious first names, though they often use their nicknames. they’d like their son’s name to be at least eight letters and four syllables long with a fun short nickname for him to go by most days. due to their love of the sea, and to counteract his more serious first name, they’d would like to use a lovely water-related middle name.

though they don’t live there any more, e and s met in london, england, where they were at uni together, and the city holds amazing memories for both of them. their daughter’s name should reference the city. they also both - sacha especially - have a love for saccharine-sweet cutesy girl names (think jamie oliver), but are too nervous to use them as firsts. as a result, they’d love to use one of these in the middle.

rosemary is expecting her first son, using a sperm donor, and is very excited to start her life as a mum ! she would love his first name to end with o, partly for its gentle and quirky sound, but also as a nod to her twin brother, whose name is hugo. for his middle name she would like to lean into a really charming quirky vintage choice.

mylo, raine, and penelope are three polyamorous partners together expecting a precious little girl. both gaia and penelope are bilingual (speaking italian and spanish respectively, as well as english), and while mylo is purely english, he’s making an effort to learn his partners’ languages, and the three of them are planning to raise their daughter trilingual. as a result, her first name has to work comfortably in english, italian, and spanish. so as not to be overwhelmed by their long triple surname, they’d like to give her a fairly long first name, such that her name doesn’t feel massively unbalanced. they would like to use two middle names to honour two of their grandmothers. they hope to use more honour names for future children. her middle names should honour any two of giulia, caterina, rocio, barbara, suzette, and mary.

marco and josy are expecting a little boy, and while they’ve argued back and forth on styles, and have finally agreed on using a familiar classic with a quirky and out-of-left-field nickname. both the first name and nickname should be pronounceable in spanish, though spanish origin isn’t important. at marco’s bequest, their baby’s middle name should be of spanish origin, and very traditionally masculine and macho in sound.
i really hope you enjoy this !! x
