Sarah: Outdated or biblical classic?

I’d never be able to use this name anyway, since it’s my cousin’s name, but I was just curious if it’s deemed classic or dated. When I say classic, I suppose I mean biblical classic versus royal classic, if that makes sense. I typically don’t like S- names, but I always thought [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] was rather pretty. Anyway, thoughts?

Biblical Classic all the way!

I find [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] to be just plain boring, sorry no offense intended to anyone.

Definitely a biblical classic! I know people aged 6 through to 94 with the name [name_f]Sarah[/name_f].

I think it’s a classic, and a lovely one.

My name is [name_f]Sarah[/name_f], and to me it feels super dated. I’m always surprised to meet someone under 16 with this name. It feels like a 1990’s name for sure. I think it’ll make a comeback pretty quickly, as it is pretty timeless in its sound, but right now I say it’s dated. (Also it was way overused. I go to a really small college and there are 100 [name_f]Sarah[/name_f]'s. That’s quite literally more than a tenth of the female student body.)

It’s a classic. Yes, right now it has a bit of a connotation of the 80s-90s, but it will definitely outlast that era, unlike some other names of similar vintage. I would love to meet a baby [name_f]Sarah[/name_f].
