Sayers as a middle name

I really like it to honor my nan who raised me (it is her maiden name) it’s a hypothetical son and I wouldn’t use it in the first spot (my partner really likes [name_u]Jensen[/name_u] and we agreed I’d choose first for a daughter and middle for a son and he’d choose the other way round)
It would be [name_m]Sayers[/name_m] with the s and not [name_m]Sayer[/name_m]
[name_m]Just[/name_m] curious if anyone else thinks it’s sweet aswell

I really like it! I’m a big fan of using family surnames as middle names, and [name_m]Sayers[/name_m] works really well. I think it’s sweet.

I think it’s quite sweet and an excellent way to honour someone who means so much to you. I’m a big fan of using surnames (especially maiden names) in the middle slot.

Thank you! [name_f]My[/name_f] nanas the most important person to me but my partner really didn’t like her first name [name_u]Lesley[/name_u] which is unisex and used in most (not all) of my relatives on my paternal sides names since at least 1900 So I thought this might be the second best way to honor her plus I think it sounds really nice with [name_u]Jensen[/name_u],

Jensen [name_m]Sayers[/name_m] [name_u]Amos[/name_u]

I like very old school British names (I’m [name_f]English[/name_f] lol ) but [name_m]Sayers[/name_m] just feels like it’s perfect for me

Sayers it nice! It reminds me of the more familiar [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] so it feels very usable
