Searching for a diaper bag

So I’ve started looking for a diaper bag and decided that I really like the backpack style as carrying my purse drives me nuts most days. Hubby will also be more willing to carry the bag if it’s a backpack and not overly girly lol.

I like the JuJuBe Be Right Back backpack and the DadGear backpack. Wondering if anyone has used either? [name_m]How[/name_m] well do they work for a newborn and on? Also, I’m 5’1 and don’t want to be swallowed by a heavy diaper bag. I tend to be an over packer if I’m not careful! lol

So I’m looking for suggestions as this is our first baby :slight_smile: thankfully I have a bit of time since I’m not due until the end of [name_u]November[/name_u]. What is your favorite diaper bag?! Any suggestions would be helpful!

[name_f]My[/name_f] husband and I are pretty low fuss sorts of folk so we didn’t spend tons of money on a “diaper” bag since we had plenty of backpack type bags around the house…so we just used one of his messenger bags instead. There are plenty of pockets and space for diapers, wipes, a few changes of clothes for our little lady, a shirt for me in case of a spit up volcano, toys, etc… Plus since it was already his bag he is totally happy toting it around, which is great for me :slight_smile:
