[name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] is a magnificent name. It’s unique, literary, and melodic. It may be mispronounced once in awhile because of the vowel clusters, but I don’t think it will be a huge problem. I don’t think the ukulele reference will be too much of a problem, and actually I think that might be seen as a positive! [name_u]Haley[/name_u] and [name_f]Kaley[/name_f] are shorter, so I don’t think it will be misheard as one of them. [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] is a name with a lot of history and roots in literature, so I definitely consider it to be a mature, sophisticated choice that can be worn by all ages. From your list, my second favorite is [name_f]Astoria[/name_f], but I think you should go with [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] if it’s the choice you love most!
I think as you’re getting closer to the date you’re having natural moments if second guessing/worrying (and I’m sure the hormones have a bit to do with it as well.)
While [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] was always my favorite of your options I know [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] was your hold out favorite and think you should stick with it. I think you’re judt having the usual jitters, but if she arrives and [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] doesn’t feel right, I’m sure one of your other great options will click!
Warmest congratulations, @beaindy!
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] are upbeat, quirky-cool, playful, high-energy, vintage-charm names of which [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] is one.
From your past and present lists, I feel that [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] or [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] would complement them best.
Additionally, for what it’s worth, I feel that [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] and [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] would make an especially compatible sister set.
I’m 100% team [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]
E x
Thank you! That is a good point about the syllables of the names. (Sorry it took me so long to reply…babies keeping me busy.)
I’m sure you’re right! I’m not usually so indecisive but I think hormones/the responsibility of naming someone forever makes me really question myself. Now if I could just find a middle I like with [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] OR [name_f]Astoria[/name_f].
I do love [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] as well! [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] has been a favorite of mine but DH is not on board. I barely squeaked [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] in.
I love [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] for you and my feelings are ditto to @danakatherine who said it so well. [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] is a beautiful name. Go with what you love and I think it is the one you love the most!
[name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] is truly gorgeous, and sounds perfect with the sibling names. I also love [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] (and [name_f]Marigold[/name_f], and [name_f]Jemima[/name_f]!) for you.
Why not [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] or [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] as middles for [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f]? All flow beautifully to my ear. Or…

I love [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]!! It’s a marvelous name. It’s so pretty! [name_f]Ravenna[/name_f] is very interesting too. I’m not a fan of [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f], sorry. It’s very dated for me. [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] are stunning names! [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] is also my favorite with your oldest daughters’ names.
Voted for [name_f]Astoria[/name_f], I also like [name_f]Clementine[/name_f].
[name_f]Euphemia[/name_f] could be a nice alternative to [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f]!
I like [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f], but I wouldn’t choose it if these were my children. I don’t like that two girls would be Es, three boys with D, then [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] alone with the B. I think I’d keep the girl initials different.
Clemetine is a standout for me in this list. I like [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] too, but definitely [name_f]Clementine[/name_f].
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] and / or [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] is a magical combo! I love it
[name_f]Astoria[/name_f] is by far my favorite but [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] makes more sense with her siblings.
[name_f]Clementine[/name_f] is my favorite! It’s such a cute, classic name and it goes well with the rest of your kids’ names as well.
