My husband and I easily agreed on our first son’s name. For our second boy, due soon, we cannot seem to make a decision. Here are the options. Please let me know what you think.
Out of your choices…[name]Archer[/name]! [name]Love[/name] that name, and [name]Archie[/name] is a cute nickname!
Next I would say [name]Emmit[/name] it [name]Augustine[/name].
Names I think of when I read yours are:
[name]Asher[/name], [name]Sebastian[/name], [name]William[/name], [name]Davis[/name], and [name]Aldo[/name] or [name]Aalto[/name]. Not sure why though…
[name]Just[/name] pick the name that matches best with boy number 1’a name!
[name]Archer[/name] ([name]Archie[/name]) - [name]Archie[/name] is a lovely name and [name]Archer[/name] is a great way to get it, much nicer than [name]Archibald[/name] which sounds very stuffy to me
[name]Augustine[/name] (Auggie/[name]Gus[/name]) - I love [name]Gus[/name] but loathe Auggie. [name]Augustine[/name] isn’t really my cup of tea but it’s not an awful name.
[name]Emmit[/name] - Nice but I prefer the spelling [name]Emmett[/name]
[name]Harvey[/name] - I like this too
[name]Francis[/name] ([name]Frank[/name]) - Like, [name]Frank[/name] is a good nickname but would likely end up [name]Frankie[/name] as a youngster.
They all seem different styles though, from the classic [name]Francis[/name] to the modern [name]Archer[/name], so knowing your older son’s name and the start/length of your surnamemight help make a decision as to which works best.
i like [name]Archer[/name] (no nn), [name]Augustine[/name] (nn [name]August[/name] or [name]Gus[/name]), & [name]Emmett[/name] (this sp with the occasional nn [name]Em[/name]). i’d have to know your first’s name to see how they go with that.
