So, lately I’ve been finding my mind whirling with new combos and I’ve been trying to to incorporate some of my long-abandoned guilty pleasures back into my list for future kiddos 2 and 3.
I feel like the forums are so useful for getting detailed feedback on a specific name, or for getting a feel of what goes with what, what people are liking, etc. But I’m craving a little more interaction without having to post a million times or hogging the “quick question” thread, and I have so few people in my life who enjoy geeking out about names.
Basically, I’m looking for somebody whom I can turn to for quick messages like, “hey, WDYT of …?” to get an initial reaction to some of the combos I’m considering, and of course offer the same kind of buddy-ship in return.
I use the [name_f]LINE[/name_f] app for messaging like that with friends, so ideally we could message on there since it’s quick and easy and free.

I would love to do it, too! I don’t have the [name_f]LINE[/name_f] app, and hadn’t even heard of it, honestly. I have a couple friendships that started on Nameberry and moved elsewhere, and we usually keep in contact via email or Facebook, which is nice because it’s pretty consolidated, but if the app’s free I’d be willing to look into it.

I’d be up for a namenerd buddy too Like others, I don’t know what [name_f]LINE[/name_f] is, but PMs could work. (You know, there ought to be a thread for this where you get ‘matched up’ either based on your tastes or completely randomly, like the penpal thing!)
