Sell me on a name that fits with the sibset!

[name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_m]Kendrick[/name_m], [name_m]Harlan[/name_m] [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m], & ________________.

Using either a name you choose on your own, or a name from the following list of random names I like, please complete the sibset. As much as you can, explain why you think this (First) name fits well with [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] & [name_m]Harlan[/name_m].

Random names I like:

[name_m]Edgar[/name_m] [name_m]Donovan[/name_m]? For some reason [name_m]Edgar[/name_m] strikes me as a nice fit with [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] and [name_m]Harlan[/name_m]. Traditional with a twist. I also like [name_m]Barnaby[/name_m]. I scratched out all the ones that end the same as [name_m]Harlan[/name_m].

[name_m]Cormac[/name_m] [name_m]Barnaby[/name_m]
[name_m]Lorcan[/name_m] [name_m]Ozias[/name_m]
[name_m]Walter[/name_m] [name_m]Cyrus[/name_m]
[name_m]Duncan[/name_m] [name_u]August[/name_u]

[name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Cormac[/name_m], if you want to keep the trend of having a L in the first name and a R in the middle.

[name_m]Edgar[/name_m] was the first one that piqued my attention though, in all honesty.

@emsky: Thanks! Donovan is a nice name too

@sorceress: Thank you! I like all of those combos.

@cilesuns92: I hadn’t even noticed that trend. Good observation. I’m not set on following the R&L’s, but Felix Cormac is a nice combination.

[name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]Ozias[/name_m]. [name_m]Harlan[/name_m] makes me think of Col. [name_m]Sanders[/name_m], and [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] sounds like an Austro-Hungarian prince. [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] meets them half-way.

@rkrd: Thanks. I like [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] generally, but it’s a bit more common for the first name slot than I’d like.

[name_m]Leopold[/name_m] and: [name_m]Augustus[/name_m], [name_m]Barnaby[/name_m], [name_m]Edgar[/name_m], [name_m]Felix[/name_m], [name_m]Hugo[/name_m], [name_m]Oscar[/name_m], [name_m]Reuben[/name_m]

[name_m]Harlan[/name_m] and: [name_m]Cyrus[/name_m], [name_m]Foster[/name_m], [name_m]Garrett[/name_m], [name_m]Hughes[/name_m]

[name_m]Leopold[/name_m] is very regal and [name_m]Harlan[/name_m] is a little bit country. Together they have a steampunk vibe.
So I would chose something like [name_m]Alaric[/name_m], [name_m]Desmond[/name_m], [name_m]Bastian[/name_m], [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] or [name_m]Phineas[/name_m].

[name_m]Barnaby[/name_m] [name_m]Cormac[/name_m]!

@apollonia: Thank you! [name_m]Augustus[/name_m] and [name_m]Hughes[/name_m] are nice suggestions but I think I prefer [name_u]August[/name_u]/[name_m]Hugh[/name_m].

@niteowl13: I like the “steampunk” description. I think it sums up the taste I seem to have for boy names. I like all of your new ideas — particularly [name_m]Desmond[/name_m].

@sbm602: Nice combo, thank you!
