Seraphina, do you see it as a challenging name to have?

Of course something like [name]Emma[/name] would be easier to have, but is [name]Seraphina[/name] THAT much of a challenge to wear? What nicknames would you use other than [name]Sera[/name]? Is [name]Ari[/name] plausible?

Also, how do you think it fits among potential siblings in my signature? Would it work with big brother [name]Nathaniel[/name], and big sister [name]Alessandra[/name] plus the others?

I love the NN [name]Finn[/name] for a girl, which easily comes from [name]Seraphina[/name], especially if you spell it [name]Serafina[/name].x

Gorgeous!! I really like Sepphie as a nn, and it works really well with your other names.
You could pull off [name]Ari[/name], or [name]Eri[/name] maybe.

~[name]Jasmine[/name]

[name]Seraphina[/name] is no less problematic than [name]Alessandra[/name]. Not difficult at all, and I really like it with your other names.
If I had a [name]Seraphina[/name] (I slightly prefer [name]Seraphine[/name]) I would probably use [name]Fifi[/name], [name]Fina[/name], Sassy, Sepphy, [name]Posy[/name] or maybe even [name]Siri[/name] for nicknames.

I don’t think a [name]Seraphina[/name] would face any problems with her name, especially not in a English-speaking country. I love it! I’m quite sure that I’d use [name]Fina[/name] as a nickname for [name]Seraphina[/name], simply because I like the meaning of [name]Fina[/name] (something like ‘the pretty one’ in Swedish). I think [name]Seraphina[/name] would fit in very nicely in your (future) sibset!

I like it but I wonder about the meaning being to much… Fiery, serpent like angel of God? Awesome on one hand, a tad scary on the other, lol!

What’re your thoughts on the meaning, pp’s?

I almost used [name]Seraphina[/name] for my daughters mn. I still call her that from time to time. [name]Seraphina[/name] is beautiful, and definately could work. So many possible nn: [name]Sara[/name], [name]Siri[/name], [name]Ari[/name], [name]Fina[/name], [name]Finn[/name]…I had picked the name [name]Seraphina[/name] specifically for the meaning “angel” my dd truly is my angel!

I don’t think it’s unwearable, really. It’s just a lot of name. I’m a simple sort of girl, haha, so I don’t think I could pull off [name]Seraphina[/name], or even something like [name]Juliet[/name], haha. They just seem to be so rich in character and I’m not that exciting. I think it’s gorgeous, though, and very wearable, especially with nns to make it more usable.

I think [name]Ari[/name] could work… I think Sephie is adorable, too. I know someone who had/has [name]Seraphina[/name] nn [name]Nina[/name] on her list, I think that works, too. I think you could honestly get away with variants of [name]Sarah[/name] as a nn for [name]Seraphina[/name], too–like [name]Sadie[/name], [name]Suri[/name], etc.

I agree that it goes really great with [name]Alessandra[/name] and [name]Nathaniel[/name] especially, but also all your other names. [name]Henry[/name] and [name]Seraphina[/name] would be really cute for siblings, I think!

It’s definitely a lot of name! It’s one reason I was wary of it, but it’s not that much more than [name]Alessandra[/name] or [name]Nathaniel[/name]…
Oh I love the idea of [name]Nina[/name] as a nickname!

Why would it be unusable? [name]Just[/name] because of the length? I wouldn’t use it only because I’m an atheist, but it has a pretty sound and works with the others.

I don’t see it as unusable at all, just more challenging to have as a name since it’s longer, uncommon, and has a fair number of distinct sounds.
