I’ve always overlooked the name but it’s starting to really grow on me. Thoughts?
I know a little boy named [name]Seth[/name] and he is awesome so I naturally think of him On the other hand it feels a little abrupt for me…still like it though.
I love the name [name]Seth[/name]. I love it’s link with Egyptian mythology. Everybody thinks it is this nice little name from the bible, but it actually has a bit of darkness and chaos in its history, which I love! My hubby isn’t 100% into it, so we will never end up using it.
@isolde - My son’s middle name is [name]Wolf[/name] too! [name]Love[/name] it!
[name]Love[/name] the name [name]Seth[/name]!
I’m the nay-sayer on this one. I know two people named [name]Seth[/name]…one is not a very nice guy (to put it nicely)…the other okay. I dislike the name [name]Seth[/name] because the -th at the end makes me feel like I have a lisp…
I find it to be very handsome!
I really love [name]Seth[/name]! I know two (or I should say, know of two)–I don’t know the little boy well enough, but he seems like a cute little boy (probably around 12 months by now). The other [name]Seth[/name] I know is my former high school principal’s son–he seems like a genuinely great guy. I don’t know him personally, but I have seen him around quite a bit since I work in the same town I went to school in and my youngest sister still attends that same school. It’s familiar but not overused, simple, handsome. I really love it. Up until a former classmate of mine named her son (the 12-month-old) [name]Seth[/name], it was still a pretty big contender on my list. I love hearing it.
I love [name]Seth[/name]! Like ash said, it’s a simple, charming name that ages well.
As someone else said above, the -th ending makes it sound like a lisp to my ears, but I know that lots of people really like it.
