Seth

What is you overall opinion on the name [name_u]Seth[/name_u]?

[name_u]Seth[/name_u] is kind of soft to me, which is not a bad thing. It just doesn’t have that rugged, strong sound. I like it though and I think it could work on an athlete, a poet, a CEO etc.

I love the name [name_u]Seth[/name_u]! It’s soft, nice and gentle an overall lovely name for a real gentleman.

[name_u]Seth[/name_u] is one of the best single syllable Biblical standouts in my opinion. It has a friendly and approachable boy-next-door feel to it. A boys name can be “softer” in sound and be masculine at the same time. The two concepts aren’t incompatible. Personally, I’d rather meet a boy named [name_u]Seth[/name_u] than one with a name with so much macho swagger that it swats you across the head when you hear it.

[name_u]Seth[/name_u] is great. It is short and solid, very masculine, yet soft. It reminds me a lot of the feel of [name_u]Galen[/name_u] that you have in your signature.

[name_u]Seth[/name_u] is refreshing … a name you don’t hear every day.

I really like it.

I love the name [name_u]Seth[/name_u]. It sounds reliable, strong, friendly, down-to-earth. Very guy-next-door. I picture a guy in a plaid flannel, jeans, work boots who likes the great outdoors and is handy with a wrench.

Interesting the idea of soft/hard boys’ names. I don’t get it. But I assume that it means something about the sound? So if [name_u]Seth[/name_u] is a soft name then [name_m]Donald[/name_m]…is a hard name? Hm, if that’s the case then I’ll take [name_u]Seth[/name_u]!
