Opinions? No hard feelings either way, I don’t know one! Just thought of it!
I think it works— I quite like it as a nickname for Seamus, though spelled Shea.
I was wondering what people would say about the spelling, too! I personally don’t love the Shea spelling on a boy or a girl but I think I’m in the minority on that one!
The only one I’ve known was a guy, so it definitely works! I like it
That’s insane to me!!! Cool!
I know a few girls. And a Shayna. lol
I love it! I do kind of prefer [name_u]Shea[/name_u]. It looks slightly more masculine & more, well, Irish. It’s one of those handsome gentle chill guy names. Actually, my ten year old nephew is [name_m]Seamus[/name_m] who often goes by [name_u]Shay[/name_u]. They spell it this way. He’s kind of a hippie guy, & it fits him really well.
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.
Super cool. Thank you!!! I had no idea it was a thing.
oooooooooooh good idea el!
I love [name_u]Shay[/name_u] on a boy!
I like it - gentle and warm
I like it on a girl and on a boy! Especially on a boy actually:)
Awesome!! I had no idea this name was so loved for a boy!!!
[name_u]Shay[/name_u] is so gender neutral to me and I think it works very well!!
I never heard it before. I think it works.
I love it
