[name]Hi[/name] everyone! [name]Just[/name] wanted to announce that [name]Juniper[/name] [name]Halia[/name] (Ha-lee-uh) was born on [name]July[/name] 27th. I fell in love with the name [name]Juniper[/name] several months ago but was so afraid to use it because of real life reactions. So far, they’ve been mixed but I’m ok with that because I love her name and the reasons behind why I chose it. [name]Halia[/name] is a hawaiian name that means “in remembrance of a loved one” and this has special meaning to me because I am part hawaiian (with a hawaiian middle name as well) from my dad’s side who passed away 4 years ago. Anyways,I am very grateful to the nameberry community for their helpfulness in choosing this name for our lovely daughter. Thank you!

There’s a book called “The [name]Juniper[/name] Game” that I was really fond of in high school. So much so that back then I was sooooo sure I’d use [name]Juniper[/name] [name]Laine[/name] if I ever had a daughter. I didn’t use it, but that was because I figured she would get called [name]Junie[/name], and since my family calls me [name]Janie[/name] I was concerned it would get confused. I have to admit when I read that you used the name it brought a HUGE smile to my face!
