I posted our initial thoughts on baby names and LOVED all of your feedback.

As the husband and I are talking more about names our list is evolving.

Our last name is Hungarian and [name]German[/name] (Starting with a hard G, some difficult vowel combinations in the middle and a z at the end!)

The more we talk, the more we think short and sweet (i.e., one or two syllables) might be a good way to go!

We still have [name]Maren[/name] nn [name]Ren[/name] on the list but have also added [name]Elle[/name].

[name]Do[/name] you have other short and sweet name suggestions that I could run by the husband? :slight_smile:

I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Elle[/name], but it’s french and I don’t know whether it works with your Hungarian-[name]German[/name] last name or not. If yes, then it’s a definitely pretty choice.

Thanks for all the suggestions! There are certainly several that I hadn’t thought of yet! We don’t necessarily want something Hungarian or [name]German[/name]…just something that is short, sweet and feminine that won’t compete with our somewhat complex last name. Keep the suggestions coming! I am open to hear and consider anything!
