I am Finnish, my husband is Italian and we live in Italy. I would like to find a nordic name or a name with nordic feeling that is still very easy to pronounce and write all around the world (especially in Italy). [name_f]My[/name_f] aunts son is [name_m]Oskari[/name_m], The Finnish version of [name_m]Oscar[/name_m], so thatās not an option. And my husband would like a name with 4 letters.
[name_u]Leo[/name_u] is also already taken. [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] in [name_f]Italy[/name_f] would be [name_m]Ugo[/name_m] since the letter H is not usen. I like [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] and [name_m]Ugo[/name_m] but my husband doesnāt. [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] is kind of cute because my husbandās grandmum was called [name_f]Bruna[/name_f], but donāt love it. I also like [name_u]Milo[/name_u], but donāt have any strong feelings about it.
How about Miro for a more unusual twist? Itās not Italian or Finnish but works nicely in both.

[name_m]Aldo[/name_m] [name_m]Lars[/name_m] (extremely Swedish) and [name_m]Oslo[/name_m] would be weird. [name_m]Fiske[/name_m] means fish in swedish?
