My first thought was [name_u]Scout[/name_u] when I read the title. However, I love [name_u]Billie[/name_u] on a girl! So I voted for that.

[name_u]Billie[/name_u] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] is my favorite combo, but [name_u]Scout[/name_u] is my favorite with your surname

[name_u]Scout[/name_u] is my favorite! If not that, then I don’t mind [name_u]Teddy[/name_u].

I actually love [name_u]Max[/name_u] for a girl, but (unusually for me), I do think it only really works as a nickname.

[name_u]Scout[/name_u] is perfect! With your surname, with the middle name, and for the vibe you’re going for.

As an aside: I heard of a little girl called [name_m]Ziggy[/name_m] the other day, amazing! I also know a little girl named [name_m]Pippin[/name_m]. Still one of my faves nearly three years on!

Thanks everyone - I think [name_u]Scout[/name_u] is our favourite of these as well. I hesitate that it’s too nickname-y or won’t age well, but keep coming back to it anyways.

@katinka That’s so cool, I would love to convince DH to use [name_m]Ziggy[/name_m]! [name_m]Pip[/name_m] is also adorable, trying to use the LOTR connection to my favour.

[name_u]Scout[/name_u], all the way. It works well with your surname, too.

I like [name_u]Scout[/name_u] best because of the To Kill A Mockingbird connection.

[name_m]Fred[/name_m]/[name_u]Freddy[/name_u] (as in [name_f]Winifred[/name_f]-- there’s a female [name_m]Fred[/name_m] from [name_f]Buffy[/name_f] the Vampire Slayer)
